The couple that own and opperate this store are amazing. Im an accountant, but Im not afraid to put a screwdriver to something when its broken. So when something does break, Ill go there and discribe the problem. The owner can usually tell me the things that could be broken and what it probably is broken. From there, I wil buy or order the part(s) and fix it myself. They have saved me a lot of money over the years. They also sell used appliance, but since Ive never bought anything, so I have no opinion.

My 65 y/o mother called this place asking about fixing her dryer. The person who answered said its no big deal and talked her through fixing it over the phone. My mom is no more handy than average. I admire they didnt send a guy out and charge her $85 an hour. Im going to call for my dishwasher and will post about my experience.

The repair guy was super nice and took time to explain what exactly was going wrong with our dryer and the cost of the parts before fixing it. He even helped me with a few preventative things to keep it from happening again. I would definitely recommend them.
