We ordered countertops from this store. We paid the bill and were told they would be ready in two weeks. Two days later, the store called and said they had somehow calculated the cost wrong - even though wed already paid and the order was already placed - and we had to pay additional fees over the phone. Two weeks later, our countertops were not ready. The rude manager forgot to put me on hold before running her mouth about me, and then said she would call to see whats going on and call me back the following day. She never called back, so I called again only to get the run around again. Lowes will have ALL of our business from now on.

There is an employee, her name is Debbie White. She was very rude to my mom when my mom had questions in regards to the the Home Depot credit card she applied for. Maybe because my moms primary language isnt English. However, that shouldnt change the fact that she should still be patient and kind to their customers. Instead she pointed fingers and acted in an rude, stuck up manner and didnt offer my mom any help with her questions. Weve been a loyal home depot customer, and now we will no longer go back to any Home Depot franchise because of that employees appalling unprofessionalism.

Purhashed a light fixture, installed it, only to find out the very last piece was dented and unable to hold up the light. Went back to Home Depot with only the damaged piece and my receipt and they were able to do an even exchange and take a non damaged piece from the box of the same light fixture in-store. I didnt have to bring in the whole light and box, which would have been difficult to uninstall, just the part. Although the damaged piece was frustrating, Home Depot provided excellent customer service by allowing the exchange.

Paid for concrete but forgot to put it in my truck. I called up there and explained my situation to a guy in lumber. The guys transfer button didnt work so he walked all the way from the lumber department to customer service. Thats clear across the store. The call accidently got disconnected and the guy called back AND got the issue resolved right over the phone. Absolutely amazing, above and beyond customer service. Highly recommend this store.

Parking is always a bit of a pain. Employees dont hesitate to ask if you need assistance... except when you need something from a high shelf or wood cuts. Everything Ive needed has always been in stock and very easy to find. Store is kept pretty clean.
