I am always willing to work with a small business before I work with a large corparation to do my home remodels. I loved the attention I received ( in the beginning) from Liba- the person that helped with the design plan. She was very attentive. However, my opinion of this business completed changed during and after the install. The installation was delayed and delayed with no explanation or apologies. We had a cermic tile put in our master bath along with a new vanity, sink fixtures and countertops. The second problem was that they installed the wrong color tile. It was not the tile we had picked out and Brians only suggestion was that they could rip it out.He knew after a long delay, we werent going to have them rip it out and start over- perhaps we should have. I would think that he would try to make things right, but he didnt. He told us if we ever decide to do any other flooring, he would give us a discount on that.The installer left a mess in our bathroom, leaving grout all over our shower door. Then when the install was finished, we had to practically beg and argue with them for someone to come and put back our very large wall mirror that they had taken down. The company responded with, " It is not in our contract to put the mirror back up". They took it off, they gave us the wrong tile and yet didnt want to put a mirror back. After speaking with Brian, he finally came to put the mirror back. The customer service was poor and this company in the end made us feel like our project and our money was not important to them. We have several projects we need to complete and would have liked to have this company complete them. I have told several friends who were going to use them, our experience and they went with other installers. My "good" ratings are based on the quality of the products, and they do nice work ( if only they had installed right tile).

2 weeks ago I was shocked when Empire didnt show up as scheduled to put in the floor of my recently widowed mothers house. I was really upset. I called Beseda, explained the situation and they sent out David Boston to give her a quote. He was there within an hour of calling. He quoted $1300 less than Empire which included the bathroom floor which Empire didnt quote. He then explained in a very nice way that Empire was going to more or less scam my mom. She had asked for laminate and they were going to put down rolled linoleum but charge her for laminate. We decided to go with Beseda and I cancelled the job with Empire. It ended up taking 2 weeks before Beseda could get to the job at my moms house, but it was totally worth the wait. The men who did the job were on time, very respectful towards my mom, and did the job flawlessly. Her floors look absolutely magnificent. That $1300 I saved by not going with Empire, was used to buy her a brand new couch, recliner, and dining room set. Her house is now very beautiful and its all because of Beseda. THANK YOU for being true to your word, professional, and kind to an old woman whos mourning my dad. You gave her some Happy back. I truly appreciate you.

We checked all the flooring stores as well as the big box stores. Beseda was competitive and gave us very personal service. Watch for a sale and their prices are crazy. Our install got interrupted by termite damage we discovered. Beseda came back months later to finish the install after I made the repairs. I did my own removal and some of my hardwood installation to save some cash and they walked me through that as well. And lastly, the installers they sent me were absolute pros!! Go see Brad or any other crew and they will take care of you.

We had Beseda Flooring install all of the flooring (Hardwood and Tile)in our home in 2007; 10 years and a house full of kids later the floor looks as good as the day it was installed! This is NOT "big box store" flooring; the quality of flooring Beseda carries is top notch and second to none. Brian and his staff are very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions.
