Ordered a printer online and wanted to pick up in store. The directions on my email said to pick up the order in the copy and print center. Went to the copy area and there were 2 employees. Neither looked at me when I walked up to the deal as they helped other people. When they were done helping others still neither of them acknowledged me, asked if I needed anything or helped in any way. I stood there and waited and waited until I got so angry I stormed off. I gave two stars because of the cashier at the front of the store who was friendly and got my order promptly.

Last night I wanted to run in real quick and get a pack of erasers. I knew I needed to be fast because it was 8:53pm and the store was closing at 9:00pm. The doors were already locked!!! I saw an associate who could have possibly been a manager (considering his age) I knocked on the window and when he looked at me, I pointed to my wrist and said, "its not 9:00 yet" and he said, "yes it is!" OfficeMax is a corporation! I just couldnt believe they had already locked the doors!

The customer service honestly... made me never want to come back... they cant multitask back in the print center and the help is awful. If you need to print more than 10 pages.... youre better off driving to Memphis to Kinkos. I dont often leave reviews... but this one was necessary.

Herman was amazing! Greeted us in a very friendly manner as we walked in and at the end he took our computer chair out to our car and opened my door to get in. Thanks Herman! Also, everyone else here was nice! Excellent customer service!

We need staples ever since they closed I rather buy my office products at dollar general than at office max. Customer service sucks. Place is junky stuff is usually throwed everywhere. Yeah I just hate office max.

Wide variety of shopping and services! Some prices are a little higher than stores like Wal-Mart. I was able to get printer ink, colored ink pens, print a document, fax it, and mail a letter, all in one place!

Went for photocopying. They printed it with a part of my page cut off but when I pointed it out the promptly re printed it for free. All in all good service. A little slow, but good.
