I always forget this is here because I so dislike driving on Army Trail Road but if you are in the area, the staff here are usually very helpful and the store is usually fairly uncrowded. I am still sorry that the one in St. Charles closed. This parking lot has gotten a bit maddening since the appearance of Chick-fil-A so Im more likely to hit the Lisle or Wheaton location.

Had somethingshipped priority overnight... when I went to track item the next day , FED EX stated that it was never picked up. When I called Office Max, the manager stated that it was never picked up 2 days in a row. This is the second time this happened in this location. They call it "IMPRESS" by office max.. Guess they need to change the name...

I was going to have a job done at Copy Max and they actually sent me to Office Depot and Im not joking save your time just go to Office Depot they said theyre owned by the same people but they definitely dont know what theyre doing at this OfficeMax Office Depot finish the job in 15 minutes

Horrible service and horrible prices. I occasionally give them another chance and then I return and remember why I quit going there. Pete was especially unhelpful and rude when I came in last time. Thanks for driving me back into the loving arms of Staples again Pete.

Advertisement says they price match products sold by Amazon and I go into the store and they told me they dont. Manager starts arguing with me because it says prime. No wonder office max is going broke.

Clean store with lots of clearance items to choose from. Friendly staff. As the name implies they have a ton of office supplies to choose from. Some items I belive seem a little overpriced.
