Took back ink cartridges that lasted less than twenty 8x10 inch documents before they ran out. Was told that she, the asst. manager, had no idea if I was telling the truth per the number of documents Id printed. I told her Id done thousands of dollars worth of business over the the past decade with Office Depot (and I have) and I would not come in and lie over $71 worth of ink cartridges. "We have a two week return policy on IT devices" she went on to say. Well...I now have a "Do Business at Best Buy" policy. Im a local business and have always tried to trade with local businesses. The times, they are a changing.
