I just got off the phone with an associate at this Staples. Actually, it was the second associate who spoke with us. The first one appeared to be getting my information and then the second one answered a call already in progress and told me they had too many of the product that I wanted to list off the model numbers. Instead he asked me what I was looking for. I hung up.
