I used to be a big fan of Office Depot, but Ill never ever use them for tech services again. Do NOT trust these people with your computer system! They flubbed the diagnostic on my $1600 system, then sent it off. Nearly a month later, I got it back, only to have it die again. I took it back to them for them to figure out what they did wrong. They then "lost" it in their back room. Once they found it, the new tech manager sent it rush to their tech center to be fixed. That was more than 2 weeks ago. So they have my $400 for a repair and my $1600 system and its been nearly 2 months total. If you want experts to repair your machine, dont trust the folks at Office Depot--my experience has been more like the Keystone Kops than true professionals.

Since not shopping there in a while because of the awful backlog of customers, I returned months later to find no backlog of customers and a different set of employees. I was greeted and offered assistance. I was in and out in a flash. So far, so good.
