For the purposes of this review, I will be specifically rating the Staples Copy and Print Center. My experience here greatly contrasts with Ive experienced at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center on West Washington Avenue. Unlike the customer service provided at FedEx, the Staples employee was extremely helpful. He was able to print multiple copies (unlike FedEx) and show me how my print would look on two different kinds of laser paper (FedEx has only one kind of laser paper). He adjusted and printed my designs brightness until it was just right (unlike the other location), and even invited me behind the desk to show me how it looked on his monitor. The customer service at Staples is amazing. For years I have been using the Copy and Print services at Staples, and I never realized how good they were until I went to someplace bad. Even if the drive to Staples is out of my way, I know now not to skimp on where I should print my designs. Note: At this particular Staples, there is a Self Copy Center that you can use at your convenience.

I have been shopping here for a couple years now and I have had the opposite experience of other reviewers giving low ratings. I started using this as my go to office supply store due to poor customer service at OfficeMax and Office Depot on the west side of Madison. I havent looked back. On several occasions they have honored coupons/ online prices and even have told me to wait for a sale on more expensive items. Their printing center worked out great for me and was very easy to work with. I havent had to deal with the manager at all, but the salespeople that have helped me out we kind and knowledgeable.

Great online pick-up function. Staff are inexperienced, and a few need more tutoring in customer relations, however, I have not found Staples to be alone with this situation. In store carries many options for office supplies, which is why I use this store primarily, and second because it is conveniently located vs. Office Depot giving less options, but is a bit closer to my office.

The print shop staff was extremely helpful over the phone and in person! They worked with me to get my prints just how i wanted them - color, paper, brightness, etc. and were very friendly as well! I believe the person who helped me was...Charlie? Great guy. 10/10 would recommend. The prints came out looking better than the original!

Had a coupon, but the manager wouldnt let me use it because I found the coupon off of slickdeals. That was acceptable, but the way he came off was very rude and snotty. I asked if I could reprint the coupon at the store and the manager flat out refused. I can see why that this Staples was like a ghost town.

Very bad attitude, I have never seen any worse than I met here. I exchange one product that has some problem, the working staff there said she can not find any problem with that product. If it was no problem , why I need to exchange this? Also she was snotty and I feel very bad.

Very poor customer service. The sales person I delt with just told me they could not print what I wanted to get me to leave even though I have had our forms printed there for the past 5 years. Your business will be more valued elsewhere!!

I experienced poor customer service in the print department yesterday. She was unwilling to help me and very unfriendly. She advised me to order my pictures online instead of in person. I wont be returning there again.

Do not recommend-they sell you something wrong, then wont return it! Very unhappy and will NEVER use staples again!!!! They should have people that know what they are selling!

The staff is new and not well informed. Everything is overpriced. One items price was wrong and they refused to honor posted price.
