Had a question about a surface pro I was interested in buying a while back, so I called twice and never actually spoke to an actual person. I thought if I went in, I would have a better experience, but didnt seem like anyone was interested in answering any of my questions.

Tried to call the Peru, IL store to get some information about printing. Nobody answered the phone and I was subjected to the infernal voice mail and ads for Staples services. I hung up. I guess if youre not going to answer the phones you might as well take them out.
