I called at 3:30 on a Monday to have a 10 page powerpoint deck printed out for Tuesday morning. I was told they needed 24 hours. WTH kind of place has that many printers and cant print out ten pages. They said that was the case whether I emailed it or came it with it on a memory stick.

Staff arent great, if you want something done quick dont do it here, but I dont know where else you would go. Go here earlier than you think you need to I guess

Waited for 15 minutes in the print section before leaving. A couple workers were busy but a simple "be with you on just a minute" goes a long way.

Go to The UPS Store for printing. They are friendly, courteous, and quick. All the things that "gentleman" at Office Max was not.
