Honest, reasonable, fast, and friendly. I went in to resize a white gold ring and he had it done within hours for an extremely reasonable price. I had tried two other places before, one of which had tried to charge me $85 and one (Jared Maple Grove) which made up flaws in the ring and tried to charge me $300. This jeweler by contrast was completely honest and a pleasure to work with.
