I came into the store and had a nice warm greeting. Ive had some friends that experienced poor treatment over warranty covered things (such as tarnishing in the first to days plus more and not treated more than a quick dollar for a local kay jewelers) so of course I had alot of questions and sheven did not like my questioning at all when I just wanted to know what Im getting myself into. all in all I bought a beautiful citizen watch that Im so happy with. the coverage of the watch had absolutely nothing unless you paid for it.. well of course I did.. my associate was not the most knowledgeable.. no help with setting it up i was guided to look online for help from the employee, still cant find exact tips on setting it up but I love the watch! also I had asked a question or two regarding features on the watch as she just agreed and said yeah thats probably what that does, only to findicate out on my own its not even close to the purpose I had asked (eco drive battery to military time is a large difference ) haha. all In all Im glad I found such a unique watch that is clean classic but has a blue face that resembles my personality well.

I cant speak on many of the things about this specific store except for the fact that they overcharge compared to the store in North Branch. We had gotten something here for Christmas for our mother and later found out that the North Branch store was $120 ($350 item) cheaper for almost the same thing (10k gold instead of 14k). I could understand if it were a difference of diamond clarity etc, but I dont know of anyone who could tell the difference between 14k and 10k gold. Long story short: Look around before purchasing here, even though they are called an outlet store, they may be overcharging.

I updated both my band and my wifes ring here. 5 weeks later, my band is no where in sight. We were told it would take 2 weeks. When we call the store for updates on my band they make excuses and more or less tell us to stop calling. The only thing they were fast about was sending my first invoice for the band I have yet to receive.

I give this specific Zales store a 0. We purchased my wedding ring from here and ended up returning it as negative thing after negative things kept happening. The manager is very rude and unhelpful. I have experienced good help from Zales in my hometown so its not the company, just this very awful store.

Employees need to respect Police officers when they are putting shoplifters into cars instead of saying the officers deserve to be shot. I will never go into a Zales again!
