We went in for a six-month warranty review and the employee just quickly cleaned our rings not very good and said he would take care of the review next time we came in. We had to come back later that day to get another employee to check us in for a six-month warranty review. We went home and realized how terrible our rings looked and how close to voiding warranty we were if we had listened to that employee. The employer was just there to make a sale. He did not want to deal with past customers of Kay jewelers.

Only one nice employee the rest are just in it for the money. Ordered our ring the right size and then resized it to the wrong size. Jewelery always seems overpriced and the upgrade system seems terrible we had 1500 off in santa cash and other discounts on our 3000$ trade when we bought it so we only get 1500 for upgrade. After they ordered our ring from china and waiting 3 months it was still the wrong size. 9000$ ring and they cant get it ordered the size we need

The lady who sold me the ring was personable and friendly but appeared to not care once she had sold me the ring. She stated she would put a rush on my rings to get them resized in time for me to pick them up before my trip. Once I came to pick them up, I realized that both rings I purchased had never been resized and no one there had even noticed this. Of course after I complained I was able to get a rush resizing within a day.

DON"T SHOP HERE! Terrible customer service and they dont stand behind their warranties or their exchange policies! They took thousands from us and cant even fix stuff right. And as soon as you wear it every day, they refuse to fix it even if you bought the extended warranty. They even told me their jewelry isnt meant to last forever. WHAT????

I just want to thank Kim and Roger for the most amazing ring shopping experience ever! My girl and I had a blast! Unforunate we had to return the rings for unexpected happenings, however Kim made it easy and smooth for us! When the time is right we will be back!
