My husband and I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom made from Anglo, and we bought my husbands wedding band from them as well. Within 1.5 years, a diamond fell out of my wedding band. We brought the ring back and asked them to repair it, which they very reluctantly did. The assured us they fixed the problem, and we would not need to worry about losing any more stones from the band. Now, 2 years after the repair, another diamond has fallen out of the band. For the amount of money these pieces cost, there is absolutely no excuse for this to have happened not once, but twice. Im sure the designer pieces sold by Anglo are fine, but absolutely do not purchase anything designed or repaired by Anglo in house. The workmanship on their products is completely sub par.

Great customer service and very friendly. My fiance purchased my engagement ring with them, and we recently purchased our wedding bands. We had a very enjoyable and entertaining time while we were there. Stayed a little past closing, but that was no problem to them. THIS IS A MUST GO PLACE for all your future purchases. A lot of people I know, including my mom go to Josephs, but I have to say scratch them out, and definitely come to Anglo. For my wedding band, I purchased two of them, to put on each side, and they gave me a discount. So they definitely made sure I was not only satisfied, but extremely happy.

Anglo ordered an engagement ring for me and my fiance. We were the first to purchase this unique style of ring and the companies size guide was incorrect. They were eager to fix this problem (they had to send it off-site due to the ring style) and had my ring back to me within days. They were also eager to call and check on the status of the ring for me at any time. They were always overly helpful to me and they have gorgeous ring styles that I could not find anywhere else.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from here, 5 years ago now. Its the most breathtaking ring Ive ever seen. They dont have more then one of the same style so you truly get a unique ring! I take my ring in for cleaning and to get checked regularly. They are all so nice and they arent pushy. Plus, the repair shop in on-site so you dont have to worry about your ring or whatever being "sent away" to be fixed. Excellent store, employees and jewelry!!

When someone spends over $4,000 on a ring they expect to get quality workmanship. Not the case with this company. We had Anglo custom make my engagement ring. Within the first week I had lost a diamond. Five months down the road I take it in for inspection and a cleaning and less than 48 hours later Im missing THREE diamonds. Their work is not up to par with their reputation and prices. We will clearly never buy another piece of jewelry from them again.
