Worst experience of my life and I even gave this store multiple chances dealing with different employees each time. Horrible horrible customer service. Dont waste time buying there warranty cause they wont do whats promised. Buying a wedding ring should be a great experience but it was the worst experience I have ever had buying anything and I dont know why I didnt just walk out. I got lied to on multiple occasions at this store about prices and what the warranty would cover. I will never go to kay jewelers again because of this store right here. Dont waste your time!!

My wife took her new watch in to have links pulled out so it would fit her wrist. It took 10 minutes to do, the lady charged her $32 plus sales tax for this. Since when do you charge sales tax on labor as well as charging what they did removing the links? I was not with my wife at the time and being as timid as she is, she did not say anything. We have had a lot of our jewelry work done there. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! We will contact the correct party to confirm if this is a standard operational procedure.

Terrible service! Waited 10 minutes to get assistance while one of the employees was having a casual conversation. Had to get wifes ring cleaned and she just took a tooth brush on top of it and didnt clean the bottom where the dirt can accumulate. Her excuse was "Ill try again but sometimes you have to send it in for deep cleaning." Gave it back to her to clean properly. Ring came back completely clean with no residue. Do your job right the first time.

The jewelers at this store lied to me about the size of my diamonds! I measured them myself before I went in, so I knew they were between 2.5 and 3 mm in diameter, but they told me that they were only 2 mm! I knew my measurements werent that far off, so I took them to a reputable jeweler. He measured them right in front of me and got 2.5 mm. This means my diamonds are 5.5 point---almost twice the size the kays jeweler said.

After going to the southridge and valley west stores and being mistreated and having the worst customer service EVER, I decided to go to the Merle hay store. I cant even describe how helpful these ladies were. I was going on my third ring in less than a month. The ladies in there helped me find the exact ring I had been looking for all along and one that was in our budget. I would recommend every Kay customer go to this store!

Came in to get a wedding band sized that had a Kays service plan purchased with it. Sales rep (Kathy) and manager was very rude while trying to locate our receipt. If customer service and professionalism was always like this, we would never come back.

Midori is the best dont go to anyone else at this store. A young lady with many tattoos was rude and unwilling to help us. Midori went the extra mile. Good experience with her.
