Horrible customer service at this location. I was in hoping to look at a few necklaces knowing I was going to purchase one and I kept getting ignored there was a couple people who walked in after me and got helped right away this is what really irritated me. I ended up just purchasing the necklace online. Its sad when I have to go online to make a purchase when they had this item in stock. Definitely avoiding this Kay Jewelers.

I would avoid this place like the plague. Ill keep it G-rated. After many months and wrong orders placed for a custom ring and 2 bands, We decided to go elsewhere. And on top of not being able to order the right items, I stupidly had them try and fix a cross necklace and chain. It came back 3 times wrong, and after cutting down the cross on both ends, was deemed unrepairable. Trust me when i say, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
