My fiancé and I choose Iowa Diamond to purchase our wedding rings. We were completely blown away with the hospitality and dedication of the staff at Iowa Diamond. We worked with Adam for both my engagement ring and my fiancés wedding band. Adam is so patient and kind; he is very knowledgeable and educates you about your selection. I loved how one-on-one the process of deciding on a diamond; its very personable. Most jewelry stores have you look at diamonds in a big showroom with other customers. Iowa Diamond does it different; the consultant brings you to their office and brings the rings to you. The customer looks through the selection at their own pace and is not distracted by other customers or sales people. I will definitely be going back to Iowa Diamond in the future and I highly recommend Iowa Diamond to other customers.

Whether it was just me looking at engagement rings or the fiance and I in looking at wedding bands, Adam and the whole staff never failed to provide a friendly, no pressure environment. Along with that he clearly knows his trade and was able to answer all my questions and help us reach a decision on such an important item. I tend to be indecisive but never felt pushed into making a quick decision, and it was obvious he knew his inventory well and had a lot of experience. I personally liked that it wasnt your typical "jewelry store" experience because the consultations seemed much more personal and focused. Id definitely recommend making an appointment!

But very knowledgeable on the ring and the diamond explaining the difference between what they do to show you how the ring looks in straight light and how you see them in regular jewelry stores. Amazing customer service throughout the whole process. My fiancé was able to create the ring that she wanted from the ground up. They offer a free cleaning service for the ring at anytime (which we utilize frequently). The great customer service didnt change after they had my money either. Highly recommend this place
