All the staff and people working were great and friendly. I would definitely recommend. I didnt realize I was being helped by the vice president until I happened to look at the card once I got home. I think it says a lot of good things about a company when the higher ups are still working the floor helping people. I had a great experience. It seems everyone else here doing reviews did as well. That should tell you all you need to know. Id give it 6 stars if I could.

I needed to get a small diamond tightened that was loose & I went to Josephs. I didnt even get my ring there & they did a perfect job. I was very pleased with the customer service & thought it was top notch. They promised my ring to be done in 10 days and it was done in half the time! Im really picky when it comes to having great customer service & they were just fantastic. I will be looking for my fiancés wedding band soon & will be looking at Josephs. Thank you!

My fiance bought my engagement ring setting from Josephs and they were amazing! I had a lot of issues with my ring in terms of the sizing - my finger is small with a knuckle that doesnt stick out. They worked with us many times until it was perfect! Im so glad that they were able to accommodate our requests and now I have the perfect ring on my finger! I had an excellent experience with Trisha Joseph at Josephs Jewelers. She searched long and hard for the perfect moonstone. When we found the right stone, she had it custom made into a ring to my specifications and was able to sell it at my price point. On top of that, she made sure it was ready in time for my 5 year wedding anniversary. A+++++ all the way!

Didnt even plan on buying anything. Just had to get my fathers ring fixed. They did it for free and with a genuine smile. This is the place I will be going forever to get my jewelry and anything serviced. I am very grateful customer service matters to some companys these days!!
