The service was RUDE and INSULTING. I wish I would have read the other bad reviews before going to Glitters. I have been visiting many jewelers to shop for a diamond engagement ring. I stopped by Glitters and the first salesperson was pleasant and polite, but she directed me to a salesperson named Amber. Faced with an important investment of a diamond engagement ring, I had done some research to figure out comparable pricing based upon the Rapaport pricing guide. It shows standardized market prices for diamonds by carat, color, and clarity and is updated monthly. I asked about how their prices compared and the salesperson, Amber, became very defensive, called me "weird", and said, "how do you know about that," and continued, "you can go to another jeweler for that information". Other jewelers were very forthcoming about this information and had introduced me to the guide. Nonetheless, I apologized for any offense, and asked her a card, and she replied, "What do you need my card for, you know my name." After visiting dozens of jewelers, this was the first time I have been treated rudely and insulted like that. If this store does not want to admit that their pricing is not competitive, that is fine, but there is no need to be rude and insulting to its customers. Unless you want to be treated rudely and insulted, I wouldnt waste your time looking at Glitters. Their selection was also very limited. Luckily, I found two other jewelers within one block of this place that were much friendlier, helpful, and with better and higher quality selection, and more competitive prices.

When shopping for an engagement ring, I went to several jewelers. Glitters, by far, was the best. The expertise, price, and overall customer service is second to none, in any business. Ever person there is eager to help, and genuinely cares about you and your individual situation. Not once was I looked at as dollar signs. My fiance and I continue to go in for ring cleanings, and to view new diamonds as they have the best buy back policy I have found. Every time we go in there, they know us by name and ask us all about our wedding planning. I will not let my friends go anywhere else!

Glitters is an amazing jewelry store. I went to Glitters just to look at engagement ring ideas and my fiancé ended up purchasing a gorgeous ring there! Patti helped us both out and she was wonderful to work with. The customer service there in general is superb. I needed to get my ring resized and was bummed to be without it for the 2 1/2 day window they gave me (which is a quick turnaround anyways) but it was resized perfectly and ready for pickup 1 day later. They made me feel really special and congratulated us both genuinely. I highly recommend them!
