If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Buying a ring here was a horrible experience and led to us returning my engagement ring. My fiance and I went in months before he proposed and picked out a custom ring. When he ordered it, THEY made the mistake and ordered the wrong metal, white gold instead of rose gold and just told him, "maybe shell like this better." He proposed to me with the white gold ring while the rose gold ring was supposedly getting ordered. The ring was also a half size too big, and they were supposed to be ordering the smaller size. After a month of wearing the white gold ring, they reportedly had the rose gold ring in, but the wrong size. After TWO more weeks of waiting, they told us the right ring was in. We went to the store, picked it up and left. It was rose gold, however, after two weeks of wearing it, I knew something wasnt right. We took it to another store and had them measure it, and, come to find out, it was still the bigger size and had never been resized as we were not only told, but waited weeks for. We called, once again, to have the issue resolved. They told us to bring the ring in the next day to have it sized right. After we got the ring back, I noticed the metal was now two different colors. I took it into yet another store and after the jeweler looked at it, told me the ring was actually a WHITE GOLD ring that had been plated to look rose gold. We had the same ring the entire time, so Im still not exactly sure what took so long each time they were supposedly "resolving the issues." Not only did we have to wait weeks and weeks to get what we paid for, we were lied to. Not once did anyone from the store apologize to us or try and accommodate for their poor customer service or fraud jewelry. The whole thing was a scam and if that is the way they do business, they dont deserve to even be IN business. DO NOT do business here!!

I recently was shopping for engagement rings and checked out a hand full of places. I had narrowed it down to two different places and what made me decide to choose Mazzarese was the above and beyond customer experience. I knew the ring I wanted and both places offered it but I couldnt decide on the diamond. I felt like I had seen them all at both places and they even brought in some others for me to look at. In the end I couldnt decide on the diamond until they pulled out a set of earrings and asked if I liked the diamond in one of those and I did. They pulled the diamond out of an earring just to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend going in and talking with Angie and see what they can do for you!

Simply put...If you arent filthy rich you probably wont be treated very well. I had a nightmare experience with an engagement ring. I went in after my fiance proposed to get his money back because the ring was not my preference. They refused to work with me at all. They spent an hour trying to get me to finance a ring that was way out of my price range. Eventually, I gave up and in tears I left. A few days later, the rings center stone came loose. They again refused to refund me even after the ring proved to be defective.The sales staff was condescending. I was blown away at the lack of decency. Absolutely no concept of customer service.

Judging from the response of the bad review below, it seems that the owner has a lack of finesse when it comes to responding to complaints. By reciprocating any personal attacks on the business, mazzarese has completely validated the customers complaints. With that being said, I would trust Carlys review based on the response of the business owner. Please do not make things personal when responding to a complaint, that is not the way business ethics should operate nor should there be any accusations of the customer whatsoever. Happy New Year!

This is absolutely the best place I have ever dealt with. The product is exceptional. The service even better. Mark,Veronica, & Angie with the rest of the team always make me feel very comfortable. In my years I have bought a lot of jewelry this is the only place I have felt complete satisfaction on all fronts with my purchase. I will never go anyplace else. I cant say enough about the service I get and the product is always exceptional. I cant rate them any higher. I have sent anyone that I know who ask there.

I walked in, asked if they sold Rolex watches and turned to leave when they told me they did not...Mark came out of his office and asked if I had ever considered a Bucherer watch. About 20 minutes later I was happily wearing my new time piece! They did a great job of explaining the watch, why it was something special, etc., and I was satisfied with the price. Ill be back!

This store was closed at 4:30 PM while signage and website said 7 PM Edit we were invited back by the one of the owners after a some miscommunication he made sure that my fiance and I were taken care of. He made a a stressful situation for us by needing two items in a short amount of time happen. The sign of good heritage and culture by ownership. Would recommend.
