I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a place of business ever! I was disappointed in both the work and the staff. I had to return to this store 3 times with issues with my ring. Each time I returned it was because there were mistakes that were obvious and visible. I was promised things that were not provided by the staff. When I would return to the store, I would be treated with disrespect and bad attitudes. The last time I returned to the store to correct yet another issue with the work of the jeweler, I was yelled at by the jeweler himself and ridiculed by his wife. I have never in my life been treated so poorly at a place of business. If I acted the way I was treated by the staff at Jewelry by Design, I would have been fired from my job a long time ago. I would never go here because you will have a TERRIBLE experience!

My fiancee and I found ourselves in a time crunch. We had planned to get married in September but pushed it forward to July to have our dream wedding by eloping to a Caribbean beach. We went in on a Friday and needed our rings by Tuesday. They were able to rush our order and at the same time craft beautiful and meaningful rings that fit our design vision. Using family heirloom rings they melted down and created exactly what we wanted in amazing time. Our wedding was unforgettable with the help of Philip, Tamara and their team. They were helpful, understanding and incredibly accommodating. We are thankful that we found such talented people with a passion for their work and the highest quality customer service. If you are looking for a great jeweler, stop looking and go here. Absolutely fantastic customer service, friendly staff, reasonable prices. When we were looking to rebuild my wifes engagment ring, we went to three different places, all of them scoffed at our ideas, making us feel stupid for even asking. At Philip Voetsch, they were truly interested and gave us a number of different options and price ranges. The end-product was amazing and follow up service on one minor issue was resolved quickly. Instead of going to large jewelry chain stores, I will be going to Philip Voetsch in the future. You should too.

Philip and Tamara Voetsch were absolutely a pleasure to work with. I stopped in their store by chance with an idea of the engagement ring I wanted to create. This family owned business worked with me to create lovely, unique, PERFECT engagement rings! I had a wonderful experience working with them (primarily Erica Voetsch), and was impressed by their willingness to explain the process with every step in order to help me fully understand all the possibilities and directions we could go. Knowing nothing about jewelry, and embarking upon my journey to find my girl the best ring ever, I ended up at Jewelry by Design. Over the course of a couple weeks, I worked with nearly all of their staff and ended up with the best ring. I can honestly say Ill probably never buy jewelry anywhere else. Philip Voetsch helped me to create the perfect engagement ring, I brought in pictures and thoughts of what I wanted and with the help of the 3D imaging I got to see my ring before it was made. Its absolutely perfect. I needed my silver glasses repaired cause the nose piece broke. these guys have a laser welder and can fix that. So far its holding up great. They were very friendly and accommodating. The price was perfect for the fix and they had it done within hours of dropping it off. Same day repairs? Sign me up for this company to be in the will call again category.
