I consider Tivol the best jeweler in town. My late wife had had her engagement ring reset there; an heirloom watch of mine was fixed there; and the children and I had given her earrings from Tivol. So after her passing last month, I wanted to buy an engraved ring, platinum like hers, to wear in her memory. Amanda Thompson helped me through the process -- selecting the right platinum ring, sizing it correctly and engraving it. Amanda was so patient, helpful, and considerate. And the price tag was quite a bit less than I first expected. I asked to commend her to her supervisor and she sent me to this site. Thanks, Amanda and Tivol.

i had a watch service here. they promised me they will fix my watch because it was a small issue. 3 weeks later they called me and asked me to pick up my watch. however it truned out that not only they did not fix the issue but also there was a number of scratches on the face of my watch. And they told me they had nothing to do with it. It is a 15k watch. I am gonna tell this bad experience to all my friends. Youll have to pay for it.

Went in to Tivol to help my mom pick out a watch for my dad. Worked with Hunter and with his help we were able to surprise my dad for his birthday. Very knowledgeable staff, very nice, and even brought us some drinks and freshly baked cookies! Our first time in and we will definitely be back.

Not a fan. The place is beautiful and clean and the staff knew their subject matter reasonably well but the second they realized I wasnt buying but doing research their attitude changed pretty rapidly. Not good business practice.
