If you want a great selection of wedding rings and terrific people, Champaign Jewelers is a no brainer! My fiancé and I are wedding photographers and have seen a great variety of wedding rings but when it came my turn to propose, I wanted people that would treat me right and give me something unique that I know will last a lifetime. I’m please to say that the folks at Champaign Jewelers EXCEEDED all of my expectations! I met with Susan and gave her a rough idea of what I was looking for. We did a little snooping on the soon to be fiance’s Pinterest page (note to self guys-figure out your fiance’s wedding page on Pinterest if you want your lives to be a little easier ;) and were able to incorporate some of her inspiration and my input and within an hour, we had the right one picked out. I’ve never been so excited in my life and that was only enhanced by the staffs excitement! They are a smaller Jewelry store which I love because it feels more like a family. That’s something that you won’t find that the chain stores. The folks at Champaign put you first and I’ll be going to them for any of my future jewelry needs!

Frank and his entire staff are incredibly helpful and always so pleasant to work with. This is the ONLY jewelry store my husband and I use. I brought in a couple of pieces of jewelry that my Mother was wearing in her car accident when she passed away. It was very emotional for me. They were all so kind, considerate, and understanding with how difficult it was for me. The herringbone chain she was wearing got bent in the wreck....they straightened it immediately and I was able to wear it home. They are the BEST!!!

Weve bought several pieces of jewelry from Frank. Most recently, my husband purchased a ring for me for our anniversary. Susan said it would take three or four days to get it sized. She called the very next day to say it was ready. When they realized it was for our anniversary, they expedited the sizing so I could have it right away. Frank and his staff always go above and beyond to provide the very best customer service.

Worst experience in my life. The wedding band was egregiously wrong twice! I contacted the maker and they agreed to fix it at no expense. The owner, Frank, yelled at me on the telephone for no reason, my sister overheard the entire conversation. Meierottos in Gladstone has never made mistakes in over nine purchases made over the years.

This was my wifes favorite jewelry store before we met and I know why. Frank and his staff are always friendly and helpful.
