I had never been to a pawn shop before and I was looking to sell my trumpet and flute. When I walked in I was greeted rather lazily as neither got up or welcomed me. I normally just forget about that but it didnt aid the service I received either. They inspected the instruments and told me they would only give me $120 for both due to them not having a brand on them. I told them I would reconsider and possibly come back since I was new to this. Through the the entire conversational exchange, they both kept repeating that they had to give it to me less than it was really worth so they could earn anything. Each time I told them that I understood and I just wanted to see how much I could get. After the 5th or 6th time I was tired of talking to them for all the repitition, so I left to find another. The next shop I went to on Towson not only found the brand name on an obvious spot on both instruments, they also found a serial number which they got excited over because normally they dont have serial numbers written on them. They took it for a much better price and were far friendlier and more polite about me having never done this before. When I described the treatment I got from this pawn shop the one I sold my stuff to told me that it was good that I chose to look other places before being set on where to sell.

Was good called to make payment arrangements and the Yong man was rude very disrespectful.And was only like 60 days late on a few smaller items and before I had a pace maker put in so I could return to work I paid all my pawns ahead in case something happened I have been back to work not even 60 days .Yes they can kiss my ASS

Great experience shopping at Superior. Colt and Nick were friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel like a friend and not just a customer. Comfortable atmosphere and very organized and higher end inventory. You wont find any junk at this pawn shop. Would recommend this fine establishment to anyone.

These guys are great!!! Got a loan on my necklace and they gave me the best offer in town at the lowest Interest rate quoted to me! Also I sold them some silver coins I hat and I ended up getting way more than expected! I will be sending people their way!
