Exclusively ruined my ring!!!!! I had my diamonds from a previous ring put into a setting from Exclusively Diamonds and when I got my ring back i was very happy with it. A year later they tell me that all my prongs are cracked on my middle stone and its probably because it was made with a bad batch of gold. With this in mind they only agree to fix the prong problem and not the pits that I had been concerned about previously. When I got my ring back I was unhappy with the unevenness of the gold and a few gaps between the diamonds on one side but not the other of the ring. So I left my ring there again. After not hearing from them for a week, I call and they tell me to pick up my ring the next day. When I go to get it i turned it to the side and it looked awful. The sides were all lumpy, there was big globs of solder in the inside and it looked like something out of a gum ball machine. Exclusively Diamonds said, "We think it looks great and there’s nothing we can do about it. It would be at your cost to get a new mounting." Because i was VERY upset i went to get lots of opinions from other jewelers who could not say one good thing about the mounting (band) of my ring. Despite negative comments from six other jewelers in Mankato, as well as many close friends. Exclusively still felt that the ring looked great and would not do anything about it. Upset I went to another Diamond store to have a new ring made. They find that under the prong, one of the corners of my large princess cut diamond is broken off in which they believed happened when Exclusively attempted to fixed my cracked prongs. At this point I was ANGRY!!!! Other jewelers said if this happened in their store they would have to replace the diamond. I contacted Exclusively and they absolutely refuse to replace my diamond. Instead they only agreed to re-cut it which basically means cut a smaller diamond out of my large diamond. So basically because of Exclusivelys mistake I am left with a smaller less expensive diamond then my original and I dont see how this is fair. Not to mention I also had to pay to have a new band made for my ring also because of Exclusivelys poor work. This is actually only a short version of my horrible experience working with Exclusively Diamonds but the whole story would be two pages long. To sum it up, Exclusively has horrible customer service compared to other jewelers in the area, and when something goes wrong their not willing to stand behind their work. I wasted a lot of time and money here... dont waste yours!!!

My first impression when I walked in for the first time, was really good. Someone is always there to greet you when you walk in, (and they even offer a beverage) and the building is very welcoming. I started looking for an engagement ring, first by myself then later with my girlfriend at the time. They have so many different choices to pick from I felt that my girlfriend should pick out what she wants to wear for the rest of her life. The employee that assisted us showed us so many options and from various price ranges. The person helping us did not pressure us into anything and was very friendly. I had a budget to work with and after what my girlfriend found the ring she wanted, I then had her leave so I could find a stone to match my budget. They didnt have anything that day, but just a few days later I got a call, can you believe that? They called me when a some stones that fell in my budget came in. The staff then showed me under their microscope how beautiful the stone was and pointed out any impurities in the stones then also showed me a CZ and how to tell a fake from a real diamond. After a short while I had everything I had asked for, I didnt need the ring right away so I put down a down payment and they had the ring made around the stone I picked! I am one satisfied customer. I will be going back for all of my jewelry needs

I have been a customer for many years at Exclusively Diamonds and could not imagine shopping anywhere else for my jewelry. They only carry HIGH QUALITY jewelry at an affordable cost. The staff are highly educated and willing to work with you on a personal basis. If they do not carry what you are looking for they will find it and have it sent to the store at no cost for you to view. They can have anything custom made and they willl help you design your dream pieces at the same time. They offer discounts on birthdays, anniversarys and have layaway/financing options. They do free cleaning and checks on your jewelry as well as doing jewelry repair right in the store. You always have the option of upgrading your pieces as well. Do not get fooled by cheap mall sales with low quality! This is the only place to entrust your jewelry needs. You will not find this quality, service, and affordability anywhere in the Mankato area. You might even make friends with the staff! They are so great and will work with you on whatever you need or want!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! They have very high quality products and care about their customers! I custom designed my engagement ring had the best experience with Exclusively Diamonds. I went to every big jewelry store in Minneapolis and everyone seemed like all the cared about was my money. I know I would not have had the same experience if I went anywhere else. They took the time to make sure that the design and diamond was EXACTLY how I pictured it and the final piece turned out just right! Everyone that I have talked to that has worked with Exclusively Diamonds had nothing but great things to say about them. The complaint below seems very skewed and Exclusively Diamonds would NEVER treat their customers that way. They are very genuine and really care about what the customers needs and work with the customers budget! I am so thankful for their help and my beautiful ring!!!!

Today, I took my engagement/wedding rings in for cleaning and was told that some of my diamonds were loose. I got the quote for repair and was told that I needed a new crown and that all of my diamonds in my wedding band were loose. The estimate was up to $550 depending on what crown that I chose. I wanted to think about it, and took my ring with me. I went to another jeweler in town and they said that only 4 diamonds were loose in my wedding band and that my crown and all of the stones in my engagement ring were good and didnt need any repair. Their repair bill was $100. I am so disappointed in Exclusively Diamonds. I believed that they were "the best" in Mankato,

Exclusively Diamonds is a gem (pun intended) of a locally-owned business! When I bought my finances engagement ring, Carol Brady, my consultant, took the time to walk through all my options and answer all my questions so that I truly found what I was looking for. Plus they are a true jeweler and do their work on site. My whole experience was very enjoyable (and the free local wine and beer while you shop helps too)! Well definitely be going back to purchase our wedding bands there.
