First, the workers at this location are VERY nice. However, due to my recent debacle, I have concluded that they are NOT knowledgeable. They badly messed up my order costing me now 2-3 hours of time, headache, crying kids and possibly money (Ill have to see when the dust settles how this all plays out). One employee was completely confused on a huge, popular t-mobile promotion where you add two free lines to your account (pretty simple if you ask me). When I went into the store, he (again, nicely) signed me up for an additional 5 lines, not two, whereby the other three were going to charge me. Also, the promotion was 2 free phone lines or you could substitute with a free 6g data plan and free tablet. Since we only have one child, I wanted a free phone line and tablet line. Unfortunately, because the employee was so confused, we cancelled the order and I now lost the opportunity of the promotion. In the end, I had to call the T-mobile costumer service line and also talk to a manager at a different store to finally get everything worked out (but still missing the initial promotion). Sad to say, despite how nice these employees are, I will not be going back to this store-just cant trust them. I have filed a complaint with customer service and am thinking about sending off a letter to the district manager...just not sure I want to spend any more time on this. I walked into this store a very happy and satisfied costumer with t-mobile. I left the store completely frustrated, with a complete mess on my hands and a very troubling experience--to the point Im actually writing this negative review...grrr!!!!

From a consumer standpoint and feeling valued as a customer, I should rate lower. If you have been through the growing pains with this company from the start, I dont know how they retain the faithful customers who choose to stay? I have commitment issues and fear of change so thats why Ive stayed since 98 or whatever year they recognize as the "beginning". This store in particular though, Ive only dealt with one guy two separate times who was a know it all and told me what I should and shouldnt do. Because of the knowledge this guy dropped on me I decided to stay with my incredibly tiresome GS3 even longer! I sure would like to upgrade but this company only seems to care about gaining new customers bribing with incentives. In turn rendering the existing customers obsolete and in no need to be wowed anymore, how about an incentive to stay for a change!

I went in to upgrade my phone Reuben was helping me, and they didnt have the phone I wanted at there stop so Brandon the manager went all the way to another store to get the phone for me. They both went above and beyond to help me. Reuben also got my mom and step dad back on a plan all without them needed to be there. Extremely nice, helpful and friendly people there

The cashier here was very intelligent and able to answer our questions in a timely manner. I removed one star for the lack of professionalism when making underhanded comments about one of the cell phone brands that they sell. I removed one star for the unwelcoming decor and design which did not make me want to buy a cell phone with them.

Cant believe this store has no reviews yet! Absolutely awesome and knowlegable staff! Ive had such horrible experiances with other mobile companies that tmobile and this store in particular was a breath of fresh air! These employees are top of the line as far as im concerned. :)
