I dont ever give bad reviews and I have never had bad experience at this store till tonight 3/2/2017. I came in looking to upgrade and get a new line for my family. I have been a long time costumer and was excited to get these new phones as I was put on a waiting list before I came in, my name on the screen. So I sat down, while my wife and children were looking at the phones, they would like to upgrade. I was waiting my turn as my name disappeared on the screen thinking I was next, nope. I waited patiently again and again I was skipped. They had enough people and I waited for at least 35 min. So I told the lady at the counter, I got skipped twice and thank you very much. No one asked why and no one tried to help, they just looked at me and was confused. I have been in retail and I do know how it is, but I do know if I have pride of a store I worked for, I would at least gave better service as I was shown tonight. Thank you.

Serious bad customer service. Came in and wanted a LG V10 and was approached by a sales person. This person tried to move me away from the V10 to a G5. I called him out on the phone which he told me I was wrong and proceeds to look for the APP Drawer (LG took it away for the G5) which he could not find. I called him out on this and then told him I believed he was a IPHONE fan and he agreed. I told him he failed at being a sales person in selling me. Told him I wanted the V10 and he took my name and said I was the third person in line. Twenty minutes later I wasn’t called and found he didn’t put me on the list. Called the AT&T store down the road and they had the phone. I touch base with the manager and explained my experience and I was headed down the street to get the V10. And yes the V10 is an experience not this store.

If youre looking for service, be aware of the offers that they give with Directv/AT&T service. They will offer rewards cards that you will never receive just so that you will sign up with them! I had this happen to me and I kept calling to get this resolved and was put on hold and transferred only to have someone say the gift cards will be mailed out. I called again and again to be told that every month until finally I was told the gift cards that I was still waiting to receive, expired and there was nothing they could do. Please use another company for service even if the cost is higher.....at least you will get good customer service and not tricked into signing up!

At this point in time I am ready to call ATT back and switch everything to Cox. I cant receive emails, or they are severely delayed. Tech support keeps trying to transfer me to the paid support. Cant even login to my ATT account. The welcome page and spinner appears but it goes no further. Tried installing the ATT tech tools and they either report no problems or installation fails. I-pad continually keeps searching for connections, You Tube has repeated connection errors. Gave it one star because zero stars was not an option

They never answer the phone at this store. If you physically go there youve got to have an appointment or wait 30 minutes to an hour to be helped..I get better deals online anyway...But to call to check if they have a certain case or product your SOL...they will not answer phones....Whats even better if you are waiting in store to be helped and you see 2 male reps helping an attractive woman. That will get your blood to boiling. Great store just needs to be managed better or get more help.

The store manager, david, created the worst service and sales experience I have ever had the mispleasure of enduring. We purchased a new iphone with cash. They sold us a used phone passed off as a new one. When we went to return it they continued to lie and misrepresent their sale for two hours. I strongly suggest noone use this store. The service from atts phone center staff is great and they are all you need.

If you need to talk to them, dont call, go to the store. They are very busy with customers walking in. So far, so good, I have been treated very nicely. AMENDED: I was lied to by a sales person there, then later when I was able to cancel on the phone to AT&T, I was lied to again by the people on the phone. BOO! Dont trust anyone.

Very frustrating experience today. Would not sell me a phone because even though my name is on the account, the account is not "in" my name. Wal-Mart sold me a phone. Now ATT wont let my wife, the account holder, activate the phone. We are not trying to add a phone or change the account, just upgrade a phone

You guys are lucky they didnt answer the phone. One of the most deceptive companies in America. Talked about cell phones with them online & on the phone, cant get the same answer twice on anything. Find another carrier or do without a cell phone, you have been warned. Ft Smith, AR

Been with them over a decade. My only beef is the amount of time you have to wait to see a human at one of their stores. Ive carried second phones on other networks but they just didnt stack up in coverage or customer service.

Brandi is very helpful and the assistant manager the man with the beard but i was told one thing on the phone got to the store expecting the same not case not even a lil bit and they say they have the same system

Employees were playing GAMES ON THEIR PERSONAL PHONES THAN HELPING CUSTOMERS! Ridiculous! Other employees just stood around chatting with each other Not helping customers! Thankful for Kiosk machines! :(

Great place to go if your looking for a phone, they have a wide variety of ther. Some days there fast because they arent busy other days they are slow because every one wants a phone.

I went in to buy a phone case for my new phone. The employee I was helped by was very rude and made off handed comments. It was not appreciated nor necessary.
