We were referred by another local business to this place to get our x-box fixed. When we dropped it off they said they had a few in front of us and would get back to us in 3-4 days. 9 days later no word or work done. We called once they said they were busy and said they would call us back. Never called us. We called and the manager Joel spoke with us that they usually dont do a ton of x-boxes and that they got in more then the usual 1 in two weeks (7). I stated that was no excuse for saying it would be 3-4 days and not calling to update, nor was it excuse not to call us back when we called during that time. He finally apologized still stating excuses that fixing x-boxs was not their specialty, but that his tech was coming in and he would have him call or call us back that day (today). 5 1/2 hours go by, no call, I called and a completely different guy, a sub from another store was there. He said Joel was the one who worked on x-boxs and was the manager and he had left for the day and would not be back till Tuesday (today is Saturday). I stated that we had gotten bs customer service and wanted to come pick up our x-box and asked how late they were open and the guy hung up on me.... I called back, got the hours, went by and got our x-box. HORRIBLE customer service in a small store that is trying to do too much. I called the store we got the recommendation from and I hope they take action against referring customers to them again in the future. No respect, no customer service, and no professional action was given in the wasted time we spent there.

If I could give this place a zero I would! DO NOT DO NOT go here. I went there because its close to my house and had to get my phone fixed quickly. I was in a hurry. BIG MISTAKE. First the hours say they open at 9 I got there at 9:10 no one there. I go get gas and come right back, not even 10 mins later and there is a note on the door that says: be back in 10 mins, I wait 15 more. The guy walks up carrying grocery bags from the dollar store down the way. Wth? Second they way over charged me. Ive had my screen replaced at a place in Westport down town that I love twice and it was $85. This place charged $119!! The work they did on my phone was crap. The glass literally popped up away from my phone hours after I left leaving it lifted away from my case. It got a small chip in the upper corner from being unprotected and wasnt working properly. I went back less then 24 hours later to have them fix it and the tech was so rude. The couple times I have been there they both have been so rude. I told him that its their fault that the glass pulled away. It wasnt seated properly and I was worried the chip would cause a crack. He literally said,"oh well. Dont drop your phone." The place is dirty and dingy, the service is horrible and the now I paid $119 for a chipped screen that will probably form a crack and need to be fixed again!! Make the trip and go to Westport!!! Do Not go here!!!

This place is a scam. Brought and iPad in to be fixed three hours later after it was fixed had the same problem. Wont let to talk to a manager or even tell you who it is. The two stores plays games with customers. Went to the liberty location to find a manager sent me to the gladstone location saying the owner was there when I arrived was told the owner hadnt been here all day. Do yourself a favor to save your money go somewhere else. Ill be reporting them to better business. If I could rank negative stars I certainly would.

Horrible customer service!!! Stay Away from this company! I took my Xbox 360 to them for a simple diagnostic and they said it would be 3-4 days. Nine days later and I have had to call them repeatedly to try and get updates with no response. The last call I made to them they hung up on me. There are way better places to go to. I went and reclaimed my Xbox without them having finished anything they said they would do. Stay away, stay away, stay away!!!

well after paying $140 to get my screen fixed, less than a month later the screen started to lift off of my phone, and I dropped it after the lifting began and the screen basically came halfway off my phone I took it to set cell in Westport, they said its because the screen they used was extremely cheap! Set Cell fixed my phone for $120, used quality product, and were extremely helpful. I recommend them over Cell Tech!!!!

Had my daughters iPhone 6 screen repaired. Took it back a few months later because part of the screen popped back off. A week and a half later screen went black. New guy working there. Rude, didnt look to see if it was possibly from something they did. Didnt offer, even for a price to trouble shoot or at least see if the LCD screen was unplugged. Just let me know they werent going to fix it period.

Well first they sold me an iphone and did not explain it was non upgradeable do to a jailbreak unlock and then they refused to refund my money after I updated it and the phone wouldnt load back up ....The owner said I was screwed and just pick up the unusable phone and sell it on craigslist.......Shady !!!

Horrible customer service , cheap parts ... Had to drive back to this dump 3 times in one week z after screwing up twice , they told me I needed a new screen easy fix ,,,,replaced it w a low quality screen that barely works while touchingly and cracked in my pocket f this place !

Paid $220 for a screen fix on my galaxy and 2 days later it lifts off. Ive repeatedly pushed it back down to try and get it to stick but it keeps lifting and even coming off the phone. Very dissatisfied and VERY overpriced for not even a complete fix.

Great place for iphone repairs! They didnt have the part for my iphone at the liberty location so the other location delivered it first thing the following morning and my phone is like new! yay! Great work guys!
