Only issue my phone had when taken in was a shattered screen. I get my phone back after repair and now i cant hang up during phone calls, the vibrate setting doesnt work and my power button has to be pushed at least 10x before it unlocks my phone. Took my phone back in the next day to be repaired after THEY messed it up. I was told i would have to pay for whatever parts they needed to order in order to fix the issues. (Im not paying for something they broke) Came to pick my phone 2 days later and was told the only thing still not working on my phone was the vibrate setting, and was told sometime within the next week the part would be coming in. Issue is, i have to turn my phone back in to Sprint on the 23rd. They were made aware of this. Nothing on my phone has been fixed and now i have to pay $200 to sprint because these people broke my phone. The people are nice but seem to have no clue as to what the hell theyre doing, i wouldnt suggest this repair shop to anyone.

So I got my phone fixed in the beginning of November I paid 109 for a new screen and got life time warranty . The last couple days it was messing up so bad it would type things without notice and was posting things it was aweful. So I took it I today and met Todd who said because it had a crack in the corner I couldnt get it fixed for free but he gave me a great deal and instead of paying 109 for a new screen I paid 34 dollars for one! And to make my experience better I gave them a screen protector (it was really cheap from Walmart) and when he was applying it on my phone it broke so instead of charging me he gave me a 30 dollar screen protector from his store for FREE. This was the best experience Ive ever had dealing with broken phones. And I absolutely recommend it over any repair store

Very clean store, knowledgeable about the equipment and process of repair. He was timely, as well as being friendly. The only part I didnt love about my entire experience was that I was slightly misquoted about the price, and that he performed an additional repair without informing me first, so I had an unexpected cost. So next time I will ask more questions in advance, but I will come back.

Wow! Needed a quick iPhone 6 repair today......this was absolutely the fastest screen repair and BEST customer service Ive ever had! I have 4 adult kids, 3 son in laws and 2 teenage grandchildren, 8 grands under 10 years old.....that equates to 11 cell phones and 15 tablets!! From now on this is the only place we will bring our devices for repair. BIG SHOUT OUT TO TREVOR!! Thank you!

Honestly we were in a hurry, I was stressed out, I had my daughter and the weird neighbor with us and I just wanted to be home! Not out fixing my phone. I think Todd had a sixth sense and just made the whole ordeal quick, painless and completely stress free. Very grateful for that! Shattered my 5c. What did I do? Took it to this store. Amazing experience. Prices so good and Todd was so nice that I also had my grandsons 5s screen repaired and got tempered glass protectors on 4 phones. Next trip, we hope to have our phones waterproofed in their new machine for $40 each. Highly recommend In and Out in Longview!!
