Hit and miss. Depending on whos working depends on the service you receive. Im guessing they are commissioned based because there is 1 employee in particular who refused to help me(Ive never bought anything from the store) but there are a couple who will do anything asked. My most recent experience was 0*. I was told they couldnt install my screen protector because if they dont sell it they cant do it. But that didnt stop the other guys from putting on my screen protector on 3 separate occasions.

If you absolutely have to go there, ask for Christy, she was so nice! Everyone there really makes you feel like youre dumb, like they act as if theyre smarter than you. The thing I cant get over is the amount of sarcasm that the people working there have. But like I said, this woman named Christy who works there, absolutely LOVED her, she helped me so much!

I came in with a little problem and all of the employees did nothing but make me look stupid. they were not helpful at all. They were all rude and acted like they could care less about customer service. I strongly encourage you to go to a different store if you want help. Scratch that just go to a different store.

The people at this store really like to make customers feel idiotic. Absolutely loved our Verizon service, but hated visiting this store. Every time I visited this store I left with a sour taste in my mouth, and ultimately was one of the reasons weve moved to T-Mobile (that, and the ridiculous data pricing).

I have always been helped when I needed it. Today I was assisted by an amazing employee by the name of Jessica. She worked very well with me to lower the price of my bill and keep me up to date with the latest technology. Ive never had a problem with the store or the employees.

The manager there has no customer service skills at all. She acted like she was bother that I had an issue with my phone and told me to call Verizon, I did and they said she never shouldve dont that. Ill drive out of my way before going back to this store for sure

Poor service, the person greeting people paid absolutely no attention to who was next to be served. She assigned support help to random people walking through door and ignored the people that had been waiting. Just not very professionally run or managed.

I have been a Verizon Wireless costumer for the past 4 years, but as soon as there was a problem with my plan, this store was unwilling to work with me or admit fault. I would suggest going to another store or another network.

On two occasions they have failed to log either the sale of an accessory or to change my data plan. In the data plan I ended up paying a premium for the extra data. Always slow as well.
