I was going to sell some phones to them and 3 different times they gave me different quotes for the amount theyd but the phones for. At first it was $45 total for 3 diff phones. Time I took off one of the phones I wanted to sell it only brought two of the phones up expecting to get about $30 credit because the one I took off was only going to be $10 to $15. The amount of money they would give me was then drop down to $20. $10 for each phone. Then I went home to think about it because I was a little bit confused and decided to sell the one for $10 so I went back and then they said so I went back and then they said that they had said $10 for both phones. This is not a good way to do business and I will not be going back. Plus they ruined one of my electronic devices and Shrugged it off as no big deal.

They are SO friendly and helpful. For an old tech-challenged granny like me, that means the world! They always take time to explain patiently whatever problem Im having figuring out what I did our didnt do right on my phone and I notice theyre respectful and polite to everyone Ive ever seen them work with. These guys are the best!

These guys are freaking awesome ! Twice now theyve saved me money, first on my monthly bills, now on a phone repair . They charged me $45. To fix my battery port . The T Mobile store quoted $100 without parts, it didnt even need new parts.
