I will never go into this store again. My phone had a software malfunction. I drove 40 minutes there and back just for them to blame me for the problem. They factory reset my phone and the issues it was having were so severe I knew it wouldnt work and told them that. It didnt work. The woman was nicer than the man but she coughed continually which made me nervous of getting sick. She should have been at home if she was that sick. She also grabbed my phone right out of my hand while I was typing. She kept trying to get me to log in my Google account from their computer and I had no idea why. Ive had my credit card and debit card numbers stolen so I wasnt about to log in on a public computer. They told me they didnt handle insurance claims. So customer service sent me to best buy to diagnose and possibly reinstall the software. Their computer couldnt even recognize the phone. So I go into the less summit metro pcs. The woman working there told me EVERY metro pcs handles insurance claims and that they lied. She tried to call the main st store to complain and their number wasnt even listed. She told me I could file a claim but Id be without a phone until they sent it back. Her solution was an upgrade. Pay for a new phone upfront but they give you the money back minus a $15 upgrade fee. The main street store did not mention I got an upgrade every 3 months. Dealt with the issues of that phone for 5 months and for a measly $15 could have walked out with a brand new phone. Save yourself the stress and go to the less summit store. It was worth my extra gas to be treated with respect and not lied to.
