This is not a review of Verizon Wireless, this is a review of this particular Verizon store. I have been here 3 times since it opened. The first time I stopped by to get lightening charger for an Iphone. They put me on a list and told me someone would be right with me. 15 minutes later an employee with a very arrogant attitude called my name to help me. I explained what I wanted and this little twerp spent 10 minutes analyzing my account on their tablet and offering various upgrades to my service. After repeated rejections and my insistence that I just wanted a charger the guy sold me a charger. I warily stopped by again in Early November, 2014 to add a new Iphone for my son to my account. Again, they had a waiting list. Before allowing myself to be placed on a 30 minute waiting list I asked if they had any Iphone 5Cs in stock. The lady reluctantly checked with a what appeared to be a manager and returned to tell me that they did not have the phone in stock. I walked...no need to waste time with arrogant twerps. On December 26th, 2014 I stopped by early in the morning to attempt to buy an Iphone 6 upgrade for myself. Once again I was greeted at the door by the "gatekeeper". I glanced around the store and saw very few customers and lots of Verizon staff chatting among themselves. I thought for sure I would be helped right away. Nope...I was advised that it would be a 25 minute wait. I turned on my heels and walked right back out the door. I give up...I would rather call customer service or do business through the website.

If I could rate this store lower than a 1 I would. The customer service in this store is simply HORRIBLE !!!! The black guy thats a manager is not even friendly or professional. He just stands there and stares the customers. He will not even speak to customers or attempt to resolve any customer concerns. Does not smile or anything. This almost leads you to believe he doesnt even want to be there. He conviently plays with his phone and walks off the sales floor when he doesnt want to be bothered. He will stay in the back until after you leave. I had a Samsung phone I havent even had 2 months screen go out. There was nothing they would do in the store for me. They told me I had to wait for a new one to be sent to me. Let me just add Im pregnant and due any day now and this is my means of communication. Very disappointing !!!! Then you have salesmen like Christian get over on you with trade-ins on your phone. A very smooth talker I must say. I attempted to discuss this with him in a professional manner; but he was completely on defense regarding my distisfaction of my purchase from him. I just cant believe this is how Verizon does business. If you want to leave a store highly upset and frustrated , well this is the store for you.

Im a longtime customer & have noticed a very distinct decline in customer service at this store. Today was the last straw. I am on a family plan with a friend & have started exceeding data, costing ALOT more than my budget allows. I went in, very upset & anxious to understand why, all of a sudden, my data usage is through the roof. Unfortunately, l didnt get the womans name but she couldnt have shown less concern, didnt touch my phone and did nothing to help me. Im done with this Verizon & hope someone in corporate wakes up to the fact that the customers are the ones who make them or break them. One star is generous.

This is the second time I have tried to deal with Verizon on issues with my phone. This time all I wanted to do was buy a new phone. I would have paid retail. They are rude and arrogant. The store is poorly managed and under-staffed. Anything you do will take an hour if not two. I will not wait in line to be talked down to...On top of these issues, there coverage is horrible. They told me it was a "penetration" problem? I am now trying to figure out what it will cost to break the contract and go back to AT&T.

Really sorry customer service. Normally you would think when you walk in before you get a (no we cant do that here) she could have at least looked up the account realized the line was ready for and up grade and tried offering getting us set up with a new phone. I understand if you cant reset the phone when its locked out thats fine but at least offer to look up the account and explore possible other options. Needless to say she was not helpful at all. Never going back

Twice I have gone in for a phone here and twice they have said they have it, so I wait! Thirty minutes later they finally call me and then they say we are sold out! No big if they would say something ahead of time! Also dont waist your time trying to call ahead, they will never answer! Fed up with the lack of customer care here. Going somewhere else!!

HORRIBLE, I went in to ask about a problem I was having with my phone. And the first thing she said is " your account is past due I cant help" but its not past due I still have three days til its due. And told me they couldnt help until it was paid then walked off and started talking to another employee. SAD THIS IS A CORPORATE STORE.

This store gave false information and refused to assist a longtime customer. The employees were sitting around or on their phones. The "manager" Nick refused to even offer alternate options to assist in activating a new phone on my account. I will not be referring anyone to this location, nor will I ever set foot in this store.
