I am writing this review in order to inform all future customers: GO TO ANY VERIZON STORE BUT THIS ONE! I come from Dallas, TX where my experience with all Verizon wireless stores had been that they were organized, clean, and the customer service was top notch. Ever since I moved to Houston I have experienced a great lack of customer service, cleanliness, organization, and general knowledge about Verizon products and services, but the Atascocita store takes the cake as the WORST STORE I have ever had the misfortune of walking into. On Friday 08/12/2016 I walked into the Verizon store at 10:20 am. I was the only one in the store other than the Verizon representative at the counter playing on his phone. Upon walking in the store I first noticed a very musty smell and saw a layer of dust on top of many of the displays. I also noticed several broken phones on the displays and the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in months. I was not greeted when I first walled in. In fact, the man at the counter looked up and saw me, but just yawned and kept playing on his phone. A few minuets later he asked (while looking at his computer screen) if there was anything I needed. I told him my current phone was broken and I was coming in to see what was out there. I needed to know what the latest and greatest was and weather or not it fit my needs (my phone had unexpectedly broken a few days prior, so I did not have time to do much research). He told me he had to access my account before he could help me. I told him that I had an account, but I was just looking at a few phones and then I was going to do some more research before I bought one. He then said in a very irritable way (like I was wasting his time) "Well, *sigh* I just cant help you unless I can access your account." I asked him "What does my account have to do with anything? My phone is broken and I need a new one, but Im not buying today. I was planning to come back in a few days with my husband to buy my new phone and maybe a new one for him as well. We can talk about upgrades and deals then, but really the quality of the phone matters a lot more than the price. I just need to talk phones today." He then rolled his eyes at me and said aggressively, "Lady, what do you want? Do you want an iPhone or something?! Just go over there and look at it." I responded, "You know what thats ok. I can see youre really too busy with all these other customers and its really infringing on your precious social time or games or whatever it is you are doing on your phone, so I wont come back." Since then I have been trying to contact the Verizon Regional Manager to inform them of the state of their store and the rudeness of their employee. Verizon has no venues to file a formal complaint by mail or online. When you call their customer service their people taking the calls (and their managers) dont know what to tell you. I thought the Regional Manager would be interested to know about the state of their store and a behavior from an employee that is costing them business, but this public complaint is the only way they may get the message because Verizon has blocked all venues for a formal complaint against a store. Since this indecent I have discovered that many people have had difficulties informing Verizon of major issues in stores. Issues that a store manager refuses to address, and Verizon has blocked all venues to contact that store managers boss. My husband and I are prepared to switch services for this reason, after being costumers of Verizon for over 12 years. I dont expect Verizon to do anything about the state of the store or their employee so all I can do is tell all you consumers out there: Dont shop at this store!

People dont seem to understand that these retail locations arent actually owned by verizon. Verizon doesnt handle this store, it is owned by Your Wireless Inc. All they do is sell phones and accesories.

Awesome little Verizon Hub! These guys had the iPhone 7 in stock when everyone else was sold out, was able to get a new phone and line in under 30 minutes. I was really happy with my experience!
