I was frustrated with Verizon, so I left them for T-Mobile. Big mistake! I went to Cellular Sales and dealt with Josh Martin, not only was he knowledgeable and personable, but he got me back on Verizon with a better plan, that saved me money. Also, his expertise in dealing with Verizon Customer Service, got me additional discounts from a Verizon that seemed to actually care about me and my loyalty to them!!! Thank you Cellular Sales and Thank you Josh Martin!!!

I really enjoyed my visit to your store. I have not had good results at previous stores and usually just call and order my equipment. This time I couldnt wait for delivery. The sales associate was very friendly. Knowledgeable about the equipment and best of all not pushy! I certainly will not be apprehensive to return for further products or assistance.

Was wanting to change carriers, but stick with my Samsung S7. Even though they offer Samsung phones, they told me they dont work on the Verizon network and tried to sell me a different phone. If Samsung doesnt work, they why do they show them in the store?
