The sales staff is very cheerful and positive but dont always have technical info. They are helpful with selecting phones based on others experiences. Im not going to judge the store based on the service though. When I first switched my internet speed was pretty good but dead spots were about on par if not a little worse than AT&T. Now, a year into service with T-Mobile my signal and speed will drop randomly and in any building with thick walls. When I do get a signal back I dont always receive calls until I restart my phone. The plans are good, I just wish the cell service was better

You get what you pay for. The service very poor even in areas where they show coverage. The T Mobile software is not comparable to Verizon. I never had a glitch with my Verizon Galaxy S7. My T Mobile Galaxy S7 freezes about 6 times a day. Even with up to date software, Google play store, the gallery and other apps do not work sometimes. When we traded our phones the representative let us struggle with transferring photos and information for over 30 minutes before he reluctantly helped.

I didnt receive my T mobile while living in AR. Ive had T-Mobile for many years. Years ago I had ZERO service anywhere in NWA or ft Smith area. Over the years it has improved.. Heck they use to not have stores here. All in all T-Mobile is best served OUT SIDE of the NWA area and probably and little south of Ft Smith. Maybe in a few years it will improve more. Heck at least I now have service in ft Smith and Van Buren. Van Buren is a touch n go service.

I left Verizon for T-Mobile, because of the cost and unlimited data plan! Huge mistake! There coverage area is nonexistent, the service is terrible, and the staff is unprofessional!!! Save yourself the trouble, stay away from them!!!
