Added a child to our account. Got a decent "free" phone. They botched the screen protector application. After a few days we returned and they fixed it. Good knowledgeable guys. Just wish Big Verizon was interested in customer retention. Talked about moving to project Fi and getting a pixel...they didnt even flinch when I mentioned they could loose a customer of 6+ years...Can you hear me now?

I love the staff there they are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very patient and they didnt make me feel like an idiot when I didnt know how to do something. Best experience ive ever had at a wireless store.
