Liars to get the sale. Thats all they care about! They gave me a phone to replace the note that was recalled until the new ones came out, I went to get the new one it was recalled. I told them I was given an LG phone until this one was available due to they were out of any large size Samsung Phones in stock. I now wanted to,return it and since I couldnt get a note would like to get another Samsung phone that I did not like the LG phone. I had even purchased an otter box cover that it has been in since they put it in it at the store when I got the phone. They told me it was one day past the time I had to return it. I said i,was not told a certain amount of time. I was told once they put the note out with the new battery I would get one back. They did so but recalled it to so I wanted a Samsung phone like in the beginning. They said I was stuck with this LG phone as far as them doing anything they told me to contact Samsung! Great customer service. They got me and my money and thats as far as the service went. Dont us them go to Comtex by Krogers they care about their customers!

NEVER AGAIN! I went in to make an insurance claim because I dropped my phone and the guy was super rude asked me several times to get to the point. I watched him erase my name from the account and put a different persons name and when I called him out on it he just ignored me and did it any. (anyone that knows verizon once something is done its hell to get it changed back). So not only did he do those two things and could not file a claim for me because he said it kept denying it come to find out HE CANCELLED MY INSURANCE!!!! Thank goodness I could at least fix that since it showed i had been paying it for 7 years! This place is awful I dont know who owns it because it is not a corporate store (last time i make that mistake) but they need to get their crap together and just because you wear kakies doesnt mean your a gentleman or know how to do your job. They can wear a tie all day but they have no clue and are very disrespectful.

Buyer Beware!!!! It was a surprise to me to find out this is not a company store and they have deals that Verizon does not have to honor! I have contacted the store and Verizon wireless customer service and they have not honoured the deal they made with me when I bought my phone 3 months ago. Customer service after the sale, at this store is nonexistent! Go to Port Arthur which is a company store and Verizon will honor any deal they make!!!

He was so courteous, efficient and went above and beyond what I would ever expect , give the unusual problem With my phone. As a senior Verizon customer service is A + in my book. I had had some funny looks when I have brought my phone in to Sprint perviosly. So happy that I changed to Verizon. Thank U.

Nice to have a store in town to help with getting a new phone. Great service and having to put up with all our questions etc. Having no issues with the phone, love it. I am the one that wanted a red case and couldnt find one anywhere but I ended finding a lime green on at one of the Verizon stores in Lake Charles. Thanks again Leigh for the all the help.
