Dont buy anything from ALEC, he told me I could come back the next day and finish transferring my phone and when I went there he said he already deleted my phone and there was nothing they could do about it, worst part is he couldnt even come out of the back and tell me himself because he knew he lied. He got lazy because it was little bit past closing and he didnt want to stay behind and finish because he already closed the deal and got his money. Again I suggest everyone to avoid Alec.

Horrible customer service ... Waited an hr some lady walked in and he helped her even though I was there first went to other store on Merle hay got help right away theyre much better store have more than one person working

Ive had the best customer service at this AT&T. Theyve always been helpful and answer questions right away. I had Verizon before them and Verizon was HORRIBLE!!

I stood in this store for 30 minutes while the employees ignored me. If it wasnt for the iPhone, I have no idea how this place would stay in busines.
