Amazing service. The clasp on my MedicAlert bracelet broke and I was really nervous about walking around without wearing it. They initially told me that it would take one week. I explained that it is a MedicAlert bracelet and I was really hoping for sooner. She agreed that she could get it done in one day. I walked in around 10am on a weekday, she called me at 2pm that same day and said it was done. Wow! So happy, I almost started crying from the relief.

Very helpful and friendly. They cleaned and inspected a couple my wifes rings. They also cut my wedding ring off of my finger and expanded it. There was an engraving on the inside of the ring that I did not mention and assumed it would be damaged or gone but they re-engraved it. Could not be happier with their service.
