I met Bruce ten years ago when I helped him and Gina build out their store (Amerigem) in Ponderosa area in West Des Moines. At that time I was 21 and fresh out of college working as construction engineer. I remember asking Bruce all about the process of creating custom designed rings and told him I would look him up once I found the special women in my life. Fast forward 10 years and we are sitting across the table at his new location in East Village working on the perfect engagement ring design. Bruce helped me navigate through the diamond selection process and presented me with options that aligned with my budget. Then we got to work on the design of the band and main diamond setting. No detail was spared during this process nor was any of my wants/needs not taken in consideration. Bruce helped me create the ring of my dreams for her!! My husband couldnt find anything he liked in our search for his wedding band. He found one that was ok from one company but wanted a diamond in it which that company couldnt do. We took our idea to Bruce and he drew up a scetch in seconds. We had a ring that had 3 stones in it but only needed the 2 outside stones for my ring. Bruce produced a digital draft that we loved and he used the stone we already had. Couldnt be happier. Today I get to pick up earing they are changing from dangles to studs. Extremely happy with Bruce Owen. He just needs to stay put in one location!

Awesome customer service. I had a simple cheaper ring that honestly I felt a little silly bringing in to a fine jeweler to resize but the owner treated it with the same love and care he would have with any ring.
