My wife and I bought our wedding set from Todd after she saw a beautiful vintage ring there that she loved. Todd gave us a great price, and was very helpful and enthusiastic in accommodating our desires. He helped us select a colored gemstone for the center stone of her ring, which is what she wanted, and did custom work to fit my grandfathers wedding ring to me and add three stones to match her ring as well. We had a great experience working with him and my wife and I both love our rings. Two years later and theyre still in perfect shape. Cant ask for more than that.

My husband brought me into Johantgen Jewelers to pick out an engagement ring. We were treated so well and were given a great price. After we picked out the ring, the sales man/owner sized it perfectly to my finger. I have since brought it in to have it cleaned and the owners wife gave me some great tips. I would refer anyone to this jewelry store over and over again! They will also be our first pick for any of our future jewelry purchases.

I bought my fiances ring at Johantgen Jewelers and was very happy with the customer service I experienced. Todd helped me look at different ring options along with different cuts of the diamond to add more beauty but save more cost. I couldnt be happier and of course she said yes so my fiance is happy too and that is the most important thing. I would recommend this store to anyone for the future jewelry purchases or repairs.

I went into the store and had to wait like 25 minutes before I received service to take a link out of my watch band. There were some other people in the store that received help before me and I happen to be in the store before them, I consider this very rude! I was also charged $12 to remove one link from my watch...what a rip off. I will never visit this jewelry store again or recommend it to my friends or family

We brought my fathers ring to get it fixed and resized to fit my son for his graduation present not only does it fit but was also re shanked and looked like it was brand new it brought my son to tears with joy it was so beautiful. Our family would recommend them to any one needing repair. Not only was it a fantastic job it was done in a timely fashion

I will never go to this place again, its the second time the battery was off and they told me I had to replace it. I had them replace my battery again after 3 months. If I didnt have to give a star I wouldnt. They are the upmost dishonest people I will ever meet. I finally found a great Jeweler that is Honest and told me I did not need it replaced.

I stopped in to have my two watches repaired. The owners (2 brothers) were very friendly and professional. They assessed the issues and fixed them while I waited--less than fifteen minutes to get in and out--I was very impressed and would recommend the store to everyone. Thanks Johantgens brothers!

My husband brought my wedding bands and engagement ring in to be repaired after having to get them cut off my finger in an emergency room years ago. They beautifully reshaped the bent gold and you cannot see any indication that they were ever damaged. Im very pleased with their work.

Smile more! I went in to get a watch battery replaced. It took about 5 minutes to be acknowledged....with a very quite "hey". Guys just dont seem like they like there job and the decor makes it feel like walking in to 1962.
