I went in for a relatively simple repair of an older locket of little more than sentimental value. I could not have been more impressed with their level of service despite the fact that I was not looking to make a big purchase. The repair was excellently done. The price for that and a chain was dramatically less than I expected. Honestly, I almost felt bad paying that little. Needless to say, they are now my go-to jeweler. I highly recommend them!

Elequent is a family owned store with everything from high-end jewelry to unique/estate items. I had my wedding ring custom made for less than an "out of the box" ring wouldve cost at a national jeweler. And the customer service has been excellent: they handle everything in-house, so you know your items will be ready fast and arent being sent all over the place where they could be lost or tampered with. Id def recommend them!

Shane and Co. quoted me $115 to simply resize my simple 14k white gold mens wedding band. Walked into Eloquent, and they did it for me for free! They also clean jewelry for free! :-) On top of that, they were so friendly and welcoming. A simple gesture, which has earned them a lifelong customer... and Im only 25! :-)
