When my now-fiancé (who was my boyfriend at the time) and I talked about getting engaged soon, he suggested Wedding Day Diamonds to go look at some rings together. We decided to go shopping, and were surprised that Wedding Day was open on the 4th of July. We were helped by Natalie, who was amazingly helpful. She was really patient while I scoured every case in the store. She helped us narrow it down to two rings. There was one I loved, except for this weird engraving on the band. She assured me that they could special-order the band without the engraving since my ring would be custom made. Natalie was also very tactful about bringing up the issue of budget and whether wed like to look at center stones together. We had already discussed a budget, but I appreciated her tact and sensitivity because I know this could be something really sensitive for couples who havent had that discussion or where the one buying the ring doesnt necessarily want their significant other to know how much they spent. I also loved that we got to look at loose diamonds the same day. Wedding Day was the only store where we were able to do that. Everywhere else told us to make another appointment in 2 or 3 weeks and theyd have some stones ordered for us to look at. A couple of months later my fiancé proposed, and my ring is perfect! They made it without the engraving, and it fits like it was made for my hand. We recently went back to shop for our wedding bands with Natalie and had a great experience then too. She pulled some wedding bands we had looked at the day we found my engagement ring and saved to our "wish list," but also pulled some others that she thought we would like. She even suggested a band that was cheaper than the one I originally liked, but fit better with my engagement ring. I would definitely recommend Natalie and Wedding Day. Its not your typical chain jewelry store.

Went into Wedding Day first with my mother to just check out styles and worked with Natalie who was wonderful, she was patient and helped us pick out exactly what TYPE of ring I should wear (band width, gem shape, metal color, etc). She was also great with explaining the mens rings. Came back about a week and a half later with my fiance to make a final decision and payment and ended up working with Jon. This is where Wedding Day really impressed me: our wedding is in about 2-2.5 weeks and Jon really put in some leg work to get a lot of my questions answered, help us stay within our budget and reassure me that we are going to get things done on time. He was EXCELLENT to work with, extremely friendly, appreciatively gentle (not a pushy sales guy), VERY knowledgeable, and someone I can see myself coming back to time and time again. The amount of care and expertise that went into our email correspondence and sit down later that night was top of the line. Could not have been happier with my experience with Wedding Day and would recommend this location specifically to anyone who is shopping for jewelry. The store is beautiful, the warranty is one of a kind and the staff are all gems themselves. Thank you Wedding Day for helping me get my dream ring, helping me find the perfect one for my soon to be husband, and helping my big day come to life!

My husband and I have had nothing but great service as Wedding Day in Maple Grove from the first moment we walked in to purchase my engagement ring in 2012, our wedding bands 2013, and getting my ring serviced this past Sunday, first time I had brought my ring in since 2013. I lost a stone in one of my wedding bands recently and stopped in right at open on Sunday and was helped by a lovely gal at the counter. She took care of all of my paperwork and there was no hassle, no questions, just we will get it back on XX/XX date and you are all set. I even asked what I would owe when I picked up my ring, thinking I would have to pay for a replacement stone and to have my ring replated. I was informed it was COVERED! We always knew there was a great warranty on our rings but I had forgotten how great it actually was. I was so happy to know that Wedding Day was going to replace my stone, check all of my prongs, replate, and buff out my ring and it was all covered under their no hassle warranty! I always recommend Wedding Day to anyone we know looking for engagement rings and wedding bands or any jewelry needs. You will not be disappointed in their salesmanship, professionalism, quality or service, and amazing warranty!

I know I can’t be the first guy to want to propose to their girlfriend but with zero knowledge really of anything related to jewelry. I knew I was going to need some help but had to trust the person/company I worked with. That way I knew I wasn’t getting taken to the cleaners so to speak. So as I set out to find my engagement ring I started with Wedding Day Jewelers in Maple Grove. I worked with Natalie and she was very friendly, knowledgeable and not high pressure (which I personally hate). She took the time to educate me on engagement rings and diamonds in general. I went to a few other places just because “people” say you should check a few places. Every other place I went seemed pretty insincere and wanted me to fill out a credit application within 2 minutes of even walking in. Their prices were not any better either. Totally not what I am looking for in my buying experiences when it’s an important life purchase. Natalie was always quick to respond to me and helped me throughout the process. I feel like we made a great choice and are super happy with the ring, warranty and just overall experience. I would definitely recommend going to visit her if you are in the market for an engagement ring.

I looked at Kay and Jareds before I stopped at Wedding Day Diamonds in Maple Grove. The other places werent personable and I didnt feel like they cared about the opinions I had about what I wanted in a ring and the details it would possess. Natalie at Wedding Day helped us pick out the perfect engagement ring and diamond! I couldnt be more pleased. We got engaged in July and it still sparkles like no other. We decided to get a second wedding band since I wanted one on each side to make it look even, and she helped us get all that organized. January we brought in my engagement ring so they could make a band to match perfectly, and I was so sad because it hadnt even clicked how close we were to Valentines day until I had to take my engagement ring off my finger and leave it there. Natalie said she would do everything she could to have it back by that day. The date promised was said to be February 19th and I was contacted by Natalie yesterday to tell us it was shipped and should be here by Valentines day. Shes such a great jeweler...so personal and will do what it takes to make her customers truly happy. So glad I chose to go there!!!!

My now-fiance and I visited Wedding Day Diamonds because they were the only ones in MN that carried Mark Schneider designs. I was nervous to visit a chain jewelry store because of all the negative stories that you hear about them. Natalie helped us and was/is an amazing person to work with. Though my fiance and I had already discuss budget, diamond size, ring design, etc; Natalie asked us questions that helped us make a more informed decision. She educated us on different metals choices and their difference and of coarse, about diamonds. In the end my fiance and I feel like we were able to make a informed decision about what ring and diamond we liked. We feel like we got a great price and amazing service. We still feel like we can still email Natalie with questions, which is great! The rest of the Wedding Day staff at Maple Grove are also great. Each time we are there everyone will take some time to talk with us; the environment is pretty much stress free (which is great when youre making a pretty big decision).
