Went into this store the day before Christmas Eve and spoke with Alex. My daughter has a line with walmart and I only wanted to buy out a phone through my tmobile account (for obvious reasoning; better options on phones, etc.).. Alex helped me out through the whole process and when it came time to activate my daughters new sim card through walmart, we had a few hiccups but she got the job done the RIGHT way. Very disappointed with walmarts family mobile customer service but it did not phase her as she made sure I left a happy and satisfied customer. My experience with this location and Alex as a sales rep was phenomenal if not perfect (may I remind you theyve only been open a bit over a month). My daughter was happy with her Christmas present and I was happy everything was done correctly in the end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALEX.

My first time going there both the workers where unprofessional and acted like chickens with their head cut off when it started to get busy like they had no idea how to multi task and the unprofessionalism just got worse I did have to go in again and when I walked to the door a sales rep was outside when I asked if they were open she just stared at me I cant stand this place I will take a 20-40 min drive just to go somewhere else you should too

Horrible Customer Service Lady at first. If you go there and you have "Cinthea" help you: Leave right away. She has a huge snobby attitude and asked my mother if she was blind (shes 40) because she had the font set at large on her phone. She changed multiple settings on her phone and we cant figure out how to fix it. Then a different lady pulled us aside and was a million times better.

Kinda dropped the ball on my trade in. I wanted to trade in at the store so I wouldnt have to deal with a lost phone doing the mail in trade in. It was processed incorrectly and I had to mail it in. I had to call T-Mobile a few times because they lost/couldnt find my trade in. Other than that service was friendly and helpful.

Awful customer service. Workers had no idea what they were doing. Finally decided to leave. Went to another Tmobile store and told them of my experience with the Forest Lake store, they laughed and said they hear bad things about the store all the time. Dont waste your time, go to a different location.

Great phone(s) and Plan options Exceptional store and staff. Wide selection of phones and accessories. If they are out of something ask one of the associates to locate it at another store. Associates at this location have been able to resolve all phone, and plan issues with ease. Bravo T-Mobile

Horrible customer service, at least greet customers ever they walk in! It was busy but stood there for 20 minutes willing to wait without anyone acknowledging us. Extra worker walking around, but not saying anything then disappeared into the back. Walked out without being helped.
