Not accepting the returns even on the next day, I had purchased a phone from them and had some issues and went returned it, but they are not ready to accept it and showing all other reasons, when i call MetroPCS customer care they, it is up to the store people whether to accept or not to accpet the returns.. so becareful and prepare for the worst...
