Very poor customer service. I went there to inquire that about my phone that wouldnt charge at all. The phone was probably 4 months old and cost me $700. I take care of it like its my unborn child. Never dropped it, never got it wet. They told me that it was water damaged when there is no way that is possible. The customer service rep was uninterested and basically blew me off. He told me that Id have to make in insurance claim and pay $180. Unhappy I called Samsung and spoke with a great customer service rep and they repaired my phone free of charge.

I went in today to switch out my SIM card to fit my new iPhone and did have to wait quite awhile. However, this was because the associates were completely swamped. There was a customer who was being very rude to them and who did not have any consideration for anyone waiting in line. The associates were extremely patient and apologized profusely for the wait. They handled the situation very professionally and overall blew me away with their service. Thank you very much to Zack and Chris for being extremely helpful and kind, even under extreme stress!

Went in to replace my broken phone and to start a new plan with my sister. We were both not looking forward to having to change plans, figure out how to transfer data to my new phone, etc. But the rep that helped us, Ross, did an amazing job. He was friendly, personable, and extremely helpful. He took care of everything (which was quite a bit) and we were on our way. Both my sister and I agreed that this was the best experience wed had with T-Mobile.

This T-Mobile store destroyed my sex life on Valentines Day! The staff is rude unknowledgeable and does not have the customer relation skills needed to transfer information to the customer properly so transactions are conducted smoothly.. I would recommend going to a different store if you choose to purchase the worst coverage any carrier has to offer.

Very friendly staff who are willing to do whatever it takes to help. Had many questions and multiple uncommon situations, however they were able to solve them in a reasonable amount of time and get us set up with our new phones. Great work!

always have a decent answer to my questions, always try and get me a discount, and although upselling is their job, it isnt ever intrusive enough to make me want to walk away. It encouraged me to pre-order the new Samsung GS8 instead!

BEWARE, the other Tmobile store (the one by Target) in Woodbury is NOT an official Tmobile store. This one is. Do yourself a favor and ONLY go to this one!
