I ordered a battery online and went to the store to have it installed. After arriving, I was told they wouldnt install it because they do not install batteries into Nissans and Infinitis. My wife had them install a battery in her Nissan less than a year ago, so I questioned them, but they still refused. I would not have purchased the battery there if I had known the policy, which doesnt seem to be detailed anywhere online. Since I had to put in the make and model of my car to select the correct battery, Id expect the website to indicate those limitations on installation before making the purchase. I definitely will not be buying any more car batteries there.

Brought my car there for a new battery and the store was packed with people. I was leery as to how long I would have to wait, but decided too since I was already there -- I couldnt have been more impressed. There were two gentleman working, one doing repairs - one helping customers. I worked with the one helping people and he clearly and efficiently got through everyone while showing attention to detail. He helped me as far as he could and I would recommend anyone to him. I wish I would have asked his name so I could give direct referrals. Thank you!

Ive had two good experiences here: 1. A service rep performed a Herculean task tof replacing the battery in my original iPod mini which were not really made to be replaced - this extended the life of my iPod for a couple more years. 2. the staff were helpful in finding replacement batteries for a special remote control I owned and gave me a refund when it turned out the remote control was broken.

Great service; Purchased a new battery for my GMC van which the strong man installed; a very tight squeeze & I could not have done this myself because I am weak; Im 80 & still can do a lot of things, but some tasks have to be done by experts in their fields & this guy is an expert; Im returning today for my 3 rd purchase & Hopefully a free basketball -------------

I scheduled an appointment online for a time that was suggested by Batteries Plus and then received a phone call that told me my appointment was too close to closing time to be completed by that evening. I chose to cancel my appointment and tried a different location in Maplewood. That location had no problem with my appointment time and fixed it in 15 minutes.

Expensive for products that are easily found on line for a great deal less of course if you need a battery asap this is a good option and best chance at finding one at a retail store Id also recommend them for large car/truck batteries and deep cycle batteries

Samsung Galaxy S5 cracked screen needed repair. Friendly people at the store took it in and said they could fix it in 2 hours. They did exactly that and so far so good. I am typing my review here using the repaired screen.
