James was behind the counter he asked what brings you in here today. I said well you only sell Cricket here, it would be to set up a Cricket account. He said Well there are a lot of reasons why people come, pay bills....lots of things and I don"t need your attitude. I walked out. What a way to represent the company. If costumer service is that bad face to face it must be crazy trying to get help on the phones.

I love Cricket service but this particular store wasnt helpful with an issue I was having with a phone. I ended up having to go to a different Cricket supplier. Overall, the staff here didnt really seem to understand the issue and werent willing to assist further.

Great customer service the manager is there was very helpful and very knowledgeable about phones!! Service is great too. I highly recommend anyone looking to save some money on there phone plan and have good coverage.

I was skeptical at first. Store mgr was great. Switched me from Sprint to a new phone in 10 mins. I got much better coverage for $35/mo. If u go there ask for Waheed.
